Safe Battery Management
Lithium-ion batteries are powerful and require careful handling. Always use only compatible chargers and components. Never charge a damaged or swollen battery, and avoid charging near flammable materials. Allow batteries to cool before charging to prevent overheating.
Unattended charging is a significant risk. Do not charge batteries without supervision. Our team does not open, rebuild, modify, or repair internal lithium-ion battery cells. Customers may be asked to remove their battery when not required for service.
